Shipping and Delivery

All orders are shipped through a third-party shipper. We do use fulfillment services. Orders will be shipped within 7-14 days of being placed. Then please give some time for it to reach you.

If your order is damaged or lost in transit, please reach out to us so we can open a claim or investigation.

Please note USPS Priority Mail wont let us open an investigation until 20 days after date the item is shipped.

All orders will be shipped to the third-party shipper’s discretion.

We only ship domestic.

Swag orders ship for $5 flat rate. The physical copies of the reflective journals ship free.

Refund Policy

No returns on digital items!

Unless the item is damaged, misprinted, or otherwise faulty, we do NOT accept returns.

We wont accept returns if you order the wrong size or change your mind, etc. So please be certain of what you want when you order. If we grow big enough, we will re-evaluate our return policy at that time.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 3 days after delivery if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If fault, misprinted, etc., please sent us images with your message to [email protected]

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges or returns.

Refunds


If there is need for a refund (faulty item received, etc.), you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

I can’t sell a physical book on Amazon and give the content away for free on my website. 

Yes. There are two paid versions, one for $5 and one for $10, but that is only if you feel compelled to pay. There is a website plugin to allow visitors to “pay what they want,” but it costs money. I’m trying to keep costs down so I did it this way.

No. The physical copy has front and back covers the printable does not have. The printable is the same content. It’s received as a black/white pdf download.

It will take 2-4 weeks to receive physical copies. Physical copies are sent to print when ordered.

No. In order to keep costs down, if you purchase a physical copy, there are no returns or exchanges. There are no refunds on digital copies either as you can get it free so if you choose to pay $5 or $10 for the copy, that was your choice. I hate having to write policies, but after working customer service for so many years, I know they’re needed.
