I'm on a low-carb journey, and I wanted to share some of my favorite eats! This WOE is working for me so far. I feel better than ever. So excited to see where I end up.
I started this WOE at the beginning of August 2018. I am still tweaking what works for me; however, I have lost 20 pounds over the last 2 months. I am doing what's considered "lazy low carb." I don't understand how to break the recipes down to let you know how many carbs per serving.
I am using only ingredients that are low carb or no carb. There will be no sugar, bread, pasta, starch, carrots, etc. Some of my vegetables may be higher carb veggies (like brussel sprouts), but they're delicious, good for you and haven't hindered me any thus far. This WOE is way better for me than what I was doing before.
